Thunder was preparing for his weekly movie with Johanna. As always he wanted to look appealing, and not just to any random girls. His first step was to have a shower. Running the water he ran his hands through his sleek hair. Admiring himself in the mirror, and returning his hair to its natural black after a failed shapeshift to a Robin, he tensed his muscles. He was fully aware of the vanity of this but needed a little confidence boost before seeing his best friend. She was the only person in the world whose looks intimidated him. He didn't know what this meant but wasn't too concerned. Stepping into the shower he recoiled slightly at the heat. His shower had always hated him. Adjusting the temperature he stepped back in. After a thorough shower he slipped on his 'casual clothes' and looked around for his shoes. This was the reason she rarely visited, he couldn't find anything in his house. Having finally located his black trainers he looked at his bedroom clock 8:03 "definitely night by now" he told himself. Opening his curtains a peek he saw the moon out, the old friend to all her kind. Fumbling with the lock he left the mess he called a house and headed off to the movies. ooc: 220 words

Johanna's blue eyes glistened against the pure reflection of the mirror, all her hard work being a part-time cashier at the market place. It wasn't as if she needed a job, even part-time, it was just a way to pass some time and meet some meals. Of course it was part-time because day hours, big no no. Unfortunately suspicions would have arose had she have mentioned she was flammable in her job interview. She had agreed to go to the movies with Thunder, often for the sole purpose of amusement, but he was also quite the motivational speaker, he put her in the mood for going out.
She finished putting on her mascara carefully in perfect harmony, opening her mouth instinctively as she did so. The reason she spent so much time with Thunder was because he was never dull, far from it. He was one of the few people that didn't look ordinary next to her, it was cute. He was cute. Johanna brushed her hair uniquely precise, her eyes gazing peacefully at her soft face. She had worn a rainbow of bold colours tonight, wanting to mix things up and look like every emotion. This was the reason she just had to go midnight shopping at least once a week, and Thunder had likely seen all her other clothes.
Once her face was ready she moved over to her jewelery box where she equipped herself with every bracelet she owned, a few rings and her favourite necklace. Thunder had bought it her, it felt significant at the time. Slipping on her heels she walked out the door and immediately felt the rush of a basketball to her head and heard the screeching laughs of a group of boys playing outside. Your so lucky I have no time for you tonight she grumbled very quietly to herself and motivated herself to move on. She arrived at the Bijoi Cinema at the very last minute before the film started. Her eyelashes gave a playful flutter, "Sorry I'm late" she giggled emotively, flashing him a cute little pout.
The blue walls of the cinema began to darken and so she knew the movie was starting soon, luckily the yellow from her dress enabled her to find her way to her seat with minimal work. The screen flashed red and the trailers began to play. She watched eagerly, finding the film entertaining and very, very funny. She often found herself cutting conversation with Thunder short, they had too much to talk about and too little time of the movie left. She had visited a few countries, but never America, and films like this made her glad of that fact. Almost every day there was some news about the USA, rarely good.
Her eyebrows lowered in disappointment when the movie finished, while they exited she was trying to think of something else they could do. When she's flirting she could get Thunder to do anything she asked, so she wasn't too concerned on the context of which they did something. Though at the same time she wouldn't mind a nice long bath...

Thunder greeted Johanna with a scowl, she was late. As she gave her cheeky apology his temper evaporated. As his playful side returned he joked "I told you not to eat before the movie". He always made little jokes like that, not to be mean though. As they entered the cinema he checked out his Friend. If she saw him she wouldn't mind, it was how he was with woman. But this time his gaze lingered. Not just over the 'normal' areas. All over her. He was mapping every curve and every feature.
Following her bright yellow dress he sat down beside her and stole some of her popcorn. Thunder found the movie very good. Although he did disagree with the guys decision to go back to being old. Why not stay young but still be married? Regardless of this he stopped thinking about the movie and wondered what they could do next.
It was then that Thunder saw a restaurant which was practically empty nearby. Seizing his chance Thunder removed his coat and laid it down over some water in a gentlemanly gesture, only to pull it away again when Johanna tried to step on it. After this joke he linked arms with her and began dragging her into the quiet little restaurant.

When they entered the restaurant there were very few people there, including a couple with a small baby who was giving it's parents the dishonest notification that it was hungry, only when the parents tried to feed it the bottle it shook it's head. Johanna had never liked the idea of being in a couple, devoting yourself to one person. Throughout her life Johanna's home misprinted the idea of love, it was just coal dressing as pearls. When Johanna was faced with an anti-social crisis she ate them, it was as simple as that. She had gone from a human farmgirl to a woman who has a helicopter pad on her roof, and when her victims made their terrifying appeal she would drain them like the sea, leaving the sockets of their skin drained.
She lives with decent shelter and a scotch every night, not to mention she had every sweet talker in town wanting a piece of her, why would she ever want anything else? She certainly didn't need to be in some weak relationship where they would weep buckets when you asked them for more space. Johanna grumbled as the shouting baby disrupted her thoughts, her face softened as it's cries became babbling and Johanna returned her attention back to Thunder. "What do you expect a vampire to eat here?" she queried mockingly with an affirming look. She reckoned her friend seriously lacked the sense any decent man would have, but he was entertaining none the less.

The restaurant looked quiet, but a crying baby proved it wasn't. Lamenting his choice of place he nevertheless found a table and sat down. He had had very little to eat today. He had been sticking to his diet of beer, wine and chips rigorously. He wasn't exactly poor but he liked an easy lifestyle. Exercise and chips seemed to balance out well. Looking around the restaurant he thankfully noted that the child had stopped crying, it had been killing his sensitive ears.
Thunder looked at Johanna again before taking a look at the menu. She wasn't like all his old female friends. They would be gossiping to him about their boyfriends or who's pregnant or why he wasn't in a relationship. He was sure Johanna wouldn't tell him how to live his life or ask anything he didn't want to talk about. They could be up all night discussing dust and she'd make it a lot more interesting then another girl saying anything.
Ordering some strong red wine for a starter he turned to Johanna and asked "up for drinking some troubles -or anything- away?". He grinned as he looked for his starter.

Johanna ignored the drinks he ordered and instead ordered a Chardonnay, "you've got some really gorgeous eyes, but no style with wine" she observed solemnly. She pulled out her compact mirror and her Chocolate Caramel Kiss Lip Gloss, her finger stroked the circular make-up until it was coloured and then spread it across her lips. Sometimes she had got so angry she had thrown the same lipgloss as a wall in anger, so the glass was breaking off and the make-up was smeared, but nevertheless looked perfect on her lips. Having majored in English she was able to repeat her order of wine to the clueless waitress and vaguely understand her sloppy slang.
The night was going to go well, she had her blue lucky underwear on and she wasn't out with the type of man that was about to spill on about all his past lovers. She looked for smarts in a guy, not sympathy. A man that saw her as desirable, and the poor soul she was dining with now adored her. Her round-tipped nose lowered so she could take a sip of her wine. "I can't help but be curious as to why, when your so dreadful as a shape-shifter, your spending your time with a vampire" her voice purred, she was many things but shy wasn't one of them. Since her depression she had lost that care of what others thought. She excused herself to the bathroom - which she found was spotless - and stared at herself for a long moment. She looked into the face of a woman in love, but she refused to. There was a time when love and marriage were the only things that mattered, but she was oblivious to the fact that only a fool would want a woman like her.
Now it was all active weekends of numerous acts of pleasure, meaningless sex was all she was good for, she thought miserably as she combed her hair. A woman with the face of a dog and the personality of a whore can never find love, she had accepted it. Aphrodite had rolled the dice and Johanna got the unfortunate side. Not like Melissa Nicole Roberts, the woman that had ensnared her fiance all those years ago, she was a unique beauty, and no matter how much make-up she shaped over her eyes and lips she would never look like her. She was dangerously weak in combat, she would never last another century. This time next year she'd be in Vegas playing high stakes poker to get her next meal, she left the bathroom with a false smile.
"So promise me something. Next time you want to take me somewhere, get a recommendation" she snapped, an after-effect of her skinny dipping miserable mind. After that she surfed through her drink, to disgusted by her resort to alcohol to dare to swallow more than a sip. She had tasted better bold and brave wines in more exotic and foreign places, but it would have to do.

Thunder always admired Johanna. Most would be afraid to ask certain things or say exactly what they think, not Johanna. She had asked him why he hung out with a vampire when he sucked at shape-shifting "oh its all for protection obviously I'm in a long plan for a free bodyguard" he laughed. It was an obvious joke but he still made it anyway. As she put on a fresh coat of lipstick he was amazed at how a broken tube of lipstick in her stylish hands still worked its magic on her. He hadn't intended to bring her out just to stare but he knew she wouldn't care. As she left for the bathroom he left too. Hanging back for a moment to admire her butt.
Washing his hands he got back to see her cast the wine a disdainful look. "So promise me something. Next time you want to take me somewhere, get a recommendation" she told him sternly. Smiling at her he said "OK darling" in his most affectionate tone. Melting her heart was his boyish charm was the only defense he had against her bad moods. They came and went but they'd always spend time together. He never wanted to lose her. "Here pick anything you want or you can eat me if you feel mad at me?" he told her.

Johanna couldn’t help but laugh at his comment as she looked through the menu. She did a short shake growing comfortable in her seat, shaking off her jacket to try to diminish the sweat that was forming over her eyebrows. “Well, i'd better get something that lasts, through the bathroom window it looked like a serious downpour out there. Roads looked horrible.” She said, looking around and searching for a window that could confirm her suspicions. “It’s unnaturally empty in here,” she commented realizing the baby was gone and looking back up at Thunder. “Is it usually this slow around this time?” she asked.
She was trying to sound nice, but she really didn't want to be there because frankly, she was bored out of her skull.Being served by waitresses that hated the job but needed the money wasn't her idea of a good time. At least a few of them tried to act as though they enjoyed serving people. She had been lucky enough not to need to go into the food business. Her father had employed her when she was old enough to work. She glanced back down at the menu in silence.
“A water is fine for now,” she said to the waitress that stopped to take their order, ordering a temporary drink was her way of postponing her decision. She could see annoyance in the face of the waitress, probably because water cost nothing, and that meant not as much money for the business eh? When usually she tried to be considerate and ask for something that actually cost money since she could easily afford it, she just wasn’t really in the mood for anything but water.

Thunder was worried by the way Johanna was acting. She wasn't talking much and seemed to be constantly looking around. Either she was bored or had an abnormally short attention span. Thunder was going to go with bored. As she ordered a glass of water, to the dismay of their waitress, Thunder desperately began thinking of what they could do. They had already seen a movie and not much else was open at night. Then again a vampire and a shapeshifter were never too bothered whether something was open or not. Mulling this over he looked at the menu. It was all overpriced anyway. Calling the waitress over to order some chips to go he let Johanna in on his plan.
As rebellions and anarchy go they were hardly pushing the boundaries Thunder thought. Slipping through the bars of a local go Kart track was much simpler as a fox, he had aimed for a robin but oh well. Unlocking the front door from the other side he let in Johanna. He didn't know whether she liked go karts or not but it was something to do and there was a certain risk about it. Slipping on his own helmet he told her "for every lap you beat me i have to do a dare of your choice but whenever i win you have to do one of MY dares. He added a mischievous grin, just to show he wouldn't play around with his. Even if go karting would be boring the dares would be fun.

Johanna looked down at her shoes when she tried to set foot on the go-kart. "You think you need to dare me to have sex with you?" she said bluntly, he bending down to take off her shoes that looked too good to ruin on go-karts. As she was about to take a seat, she heard a horrible growling in her stomach, how long had it been since she'd eaten someone? She didn't mind the sudden change of plans, but she wasn't going to be a happy bunny for much longer without someone to eat. She tried to think of some kind of quick white lie to get out of it, but nothing came up. "Uhhhh right," she tried to nod, running her hand through her hair, "I think i'd prefer the sex" she muttured to herself, kicking the go-kart in order to see if it would react.
A chain reaction was going off in her stomach, she should've got something small from the restaurant. She walked up to Thunder and stole the chips he ordered. Just leaning over food made her stomach roar, she loved it. She often told herself when she was human that she wanted four children, but days like this she wondered if she could even handle one with her eating, or lack of it.

Johanna was always blunt when it came to sex, he liked that about her. None of the usual does he like me? your being to forceful, i need more time if Thunder was going out with her he was sure he could bed her. What she said though raised a good point. Could he get her to sleep with him if he wanted it? He did want it, he'd have to resign his guyness if he didn't but she was his friend he didn't want to ruin that. Spanking her butt to equalize the 'girliness' of this thought he strapped himself in and kicked the go kart into life.
After 5 laps they'd do the dares he decided. Unfortunately it didn't all go to plan Johanna was far to good at this and she won four out of the five with one lap left. He probably got worse as he thought about what he'd dare her to do, he wasn't concentrating. Half the time he wondered whether his penis should do they driving as it seemed to know exactly where it wanted to go. Laughing at this he focused and managed to win the last lap. Leaping out of his kart he asked "go on then what do i have to do?" He was expecting something random like lick her kart's tire and so prepared for the worst.

Johanna left her go-kart on the ground and walked up to Thunder, in a slow seductive tone she said; "I dare you to kiss me...." her body moved closer and her lips met his. Her lips moved graciously over his, teasing the contours of his mouth with her tongue. One of her hands held his and the other followed her arm around his neck. Her lips married to his, her eyes closed to feel every sensation. Her hand left his and massaged his cheek as her lips parted and let her tongue slide into his. Her knees had great weakness for him that she held him tighter for support, not a want but a necessity. It felt like many romance classic novels where the woman would throw in her hand and surrender herself body and soul.
She could feel her heart fluttering like a prominent dove crying for affection. He may not be a very good shape-shifter but he must be buffalo in bed, Johanna wanted to take him back to her pad and tear off his clothes.

This was it, years of flirting, many nights of wondering and finally it was Johanna who made the first move. Her lips felt so sweet against his and she was such an expert kisser. Thunder had thought her dare would be something wimpy but it turns out this dare game was going to be so much fun. Her lips parted slightly and allowed his tongue to hunt for hers. He explored her mouth, mapping every area and found her tongue. As their tongues turned and twisted he moved in closer to her body and ran his hands all over her gorgeous body. In the brief parting of their lips he grunted "i want you. Here. Now."
Grabbing her he lifted her up,still kissing her and maneuvered her onto a table so he could have better access to her body. He began kissing all her exposed skin and ran his fingers over the fabric that covered her breasts and pussy. After kissing her neck he took a step back and said, in the most teasing tone he could manage, "So sexy whats my next dare?". The hunger in his eyes was obvious but he didn't want to stop this kinky game yet.
