Adelaide Leona Sidmon
And I'd know what to do if I just knew what's coming
I would change myself if I could
I'd walk with my own people if I could find them
And I would say that I'm sorry to you
And I'd know what to do if I just knew what's coming
I would change myself if I could
I'd walk with my own people if I could find them
And I would say that I'm sorry to you

( SECRETS )Adelaide was pregnant for a while after her being exiled, but miscarried about a month ago after a bad fall while hunting. Although a generally kind and shy person Addy easily gives to bloodlust if she goes too long without consuming raw red meat. By too long I mean more than a couple days.
As far as her personality goes she is somewhat schizotypal, which has only been made worse by her last two months on her own. Other than that she is cheery, thoughtful, a romantic at heart, can be aggressive if her space is intruded upon, shy (around guys), introverted. She also has no hate or fear of the other races. Although vampires and some shape-shifters have treated her bad enough that she stays away from most. Werewolves she is cautious toward, though they are her kind.
( BEST MEMORY ) When her father woke Addy up early in the morning and took her out to the barn to watch a mare foal. The filly born was given to Addy for her birthday present that day, a blue roan she named Chessy. Of course when she fell in love would be good too...but that is for her history.
( WORST MEMORY ) A combination of she and her family being exiled from the pack, the death of her love, essentially the loss of everything she used to have. Except Chessy, Addy maintains no connection to the past.

( HISTORY ) Addy was born the oldest and into a life of relevant luxury known to most of those living in the fertile (though cold) Northern town of Leland. Her family owned a small farm that included some cattle, sheep, and swine for food as well as a few horses for pleasure riding.Anyhow life seemed to prosper and most everything was good. Pups were born to their family as time went, first as Darren and later a set of twins that are Addy's sisters.
Her father (and brother once he was old enough) worked in the line of fishing whilst Addy and her mother worked at a local bar and restaurant. As for the rest of the town the citizens were primarily werewolf (and thus part of Addy's extensive pack). It should be said here that Addy's uncle is the pack leader, and very strict authoritarian.
When Addy turned twenty-two the trouble began, though nobody really knew it till it was too late. In the past couple years the town grew a bit more quickly. Not with births but with shape-shifters, fae, and a handful those of magical orientation. The werewolves got along well-enough with the majority of them, though the elders hardly tolerated the shifters. It was a matter of territory. A deep instinct. In the town of Leland, shape-shifters alone were near as hated as vampires. Thus Adelaide was found in a predicament.
Being a waitress meant getting good tips after all. How else but to flirt and charm your customers? Well it can be a problem if a handsome shape-shifter, by the name of Greggory Wilton, catches your eye, and when he takes a fancy to you. From there a somewhat tumultuous romance blossomed. Only her mother took any notice, but Lyla kept her mouth shut hoping that it would not last and no one would find out.
Sadly her wish was not granted. Word reached Addy's uncle Robert, the pack leader, ears and he set out to make things right. At first the information was just a rumor, they occurred often and only once proven true. Robert Sidmon, out of pride and want of purity in the pack, would not allow such behavior. First he spoke to Addy and her parents, acting as a concerned though compassionate family member. But her refusal to give up her love to her beau she attempted to leave Leland with Greggory.
They were immediately pursued, by both her parents, her uncle, and selective and trusted pack members. When found a few towns over they were confronted. Robert made a attempt to kill Gregory, that is when all hell broke loose. Adelaide made a attempt to shield Greggory from her uncles wrath, which only invited Lyla's motherly devotion and protection. Rather than killing Gregory, Robert accidentally took out his sister-in-law.
(this story is rather long so I am going to try and make a quick finish)
Shocked by the sudden death of her mother Addy was easily lead back to Leland. Greggory was subsequently 'put down' as it was seen by the elders that he was the reason Lyla was dead (talk about twisted politics.) It was then decided by the elders that the rest of the family (not including Robert) be exiled. Not willing to bear the burden of shame by staying with her family, Addy traveled slowly South while her father, brother, and sisters went West to the Rockies. She has only been in Louisiana for a couple weeks, finally trying to find a place to call home.

( RP SAMPLE )
Green eyes peered out from the trees watching carefully. Addy thought she had heard something, but ears can be mistaken. A warm wetness touched her bare shoulder as the mare lipped and nudged Adelaide. Chessy wanted food. No doubt wanting a nice apple or sugar cube. Turning to leave Addy grabbed the reins, but halted when she again heard the snapping of twigs. Eyes searched again. Seeing nothing she looked a Chessy's hooves.
The blasted, though beloved, creature had stepped on a large twig. Can we say paranoia? "What in all this world am I going to do with you, huh?" She questioned the beast, but the horse snorted a reply, its big, orb-shaped, silvery-gray eyes laughed at some mishappen joke. "Ha ha, you're so funny. You know what I think is funny?" Addy paused for a few seconds as she swung on top of Chessy, such as a experienced rider. "Glue factories. Yep. Glue factories are an absolute riot. WE should visit one sometime. Soon." To this the horse snorted again, this time in a dismissive manner.
The only thing left now was to find a place. A place to call their own. Sure, Addy did not mind being alone. But it was time she found a place to live other than the woods for the past two months. A soft breeze carrying the scent of moisture, rotting wood, heavy and rich earth started. It ruffled her hair as they continued jaggedly South. Hopefully people here, wherever here was, would be more willing to know a person before they judged.
